Where we deliver
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. PO Boxes within the supported area are accepted. U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are outside our delivery area.
Shipping cost
All orders receive free standard shipping. No expedited shipping option is offered.
Order handling
Orders are handled within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our daily order cutoff is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00, year-round. This fixed offset does not change for daylight saving time. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the handling-time starting point. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays use the next business day as the starting point.
Transit and estimated total time
Standard transit is estimated at 3–4 business days after dispatch. Adding handling and transit gives an estimated total of 4–6 business days from the applicable handling-time starting point. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions or other delivery issues may affect timing.
